The invention discloses a multifunctional ground cleaning vehicle. The multifunctional ground cleaning vehicle comprises a vehicle body shell, a sewage tank, a water storage tank, a sweeping system and a water spraying system, wherein the sewage tank and the water storage tank are both arranged on the vehicle body shell, and the sweeping system and the water spraying system are both arranged below the vehicle body shell. The sweeping system comprises a box shell, a brush roller, a rubbish collecting box and a bottom shell. The box shell is arranged below the vehicle body shell and is provided with a hollow inner cavity, and an opening communicated with the hollow inner cavity is further formed in the bottom side of the box shell. The brush roller is arranged in the hollow inner cavity of the box shell in a rotating mode, and can move up and down relative to the vehicle body shell to be positioned together with the box shell. The rubbish collecting box is detachably connected to the box shell and is provided with a collecting opening, and a plurality of water filtering holes are further formed in the bottom side of the rubbish collecting box. The bottom shell is connected to the outside of the bottom side of the rubbish collecting box in a sealed mode, and the inside of the bottom shell is further communicated with the inside of the sewage tank. The ground cleaning vehicle enables watering, sweeping, rubbish collecting and sewage collecting to be effectively combined into a whole, and the overall cleaning work is simple and effective.
