The invention discloses a cleaning device which comprises a box body and a fan. The fan is installed in the box body, an air inlet is formed in the front end of the box body, an air outlet is formed in the tail end of the box body, and a collection cavity is formed in the box body and is communicated with the air inlet. The invention further discloses a sanitation sweeper truck including the cleaning device. The sanitation sweeper truck further comprises a truck body and wheels, wherein the wheels are rotatably installed on the truck body, and the box body is detachably installed at the bottom of the truck body. The cleaning device has the advantages of being smaller in size, low in cost and convenient to use, is suitable for road surface cleaning of narrow paths, curves and public places and can be installed at the bottom of the truck body to facilitate transportation of the cleaning device.
