Elastic self-reset pressure-regulating and energy-consuming buffer
The invention discloses an elastic self-reset pressure-regulating and energy-consuming buffer. The buffer is cast through rubber and divided into bins through an outer rubber ring, upper and lower transverse diaphragms, left and right vertical diaphragms and front and back vertical diaphragms. The bins separated through the front and back vertical diaphragms are water bins and air bins which are arranged alternately. Rows of transverse water bins are separated through the upper and lower transverse diaphragms. The bins in each row of transverse water bins are communicated with one another through horizontal throttling holes. The left end and the right end of each row of transverse water bins are communicated with an outside water area through water outlets and pressure limiting devices. Rows of vertical air bins are separated through the left and right vertical diaphragms. The bins in each row of vertical air bins are communicated with one another through vertical throttling holes. The upper end of each row of vertical air bins is in air communication with the outside through a valve core. Moreover, the lower end of each row of vertical air bins is communicated with the outside water area through a water outlet and a pressure limiting device. The buffer can provide a fundamentally balanced resistance for an impacting object, kinetic energy of a vehicle is released smoothly, and casualties and property losses are reduced.
