Assistant hydraulic supporting system for cantilever beam of offshore platform
The invention relates to a cantilever beam system of an offshore platform, and in particular relates to an assistant hydraulic supporting system. The system comprises a cantilever beam mechanism and a hydraulic system, wherein the cantilever beam mechanism comprises a cantilever beam and a cross beam arranged below the cantilever beam; at least two supporting devices which are supported onto a production platform are arranged on the cross beam; the hydraulic mechanism comprises a hydraulic supporting mechanism which is arranged between the cross beam and the supporting device, wherein the hydraulic supporting mechanism is connected with a hydraulic source through a hydraulic loop of the supporting mechanism; a supporting mechanism control valve assembly is arranged on the hydraulic loop of the supporting mechanism. According to the system, the far end of the cantilever beam is connected with the supporting device through the hydraulic supporting mechanism, and thus a supportable surface can be formed for supporting the supporting device onto the production platform; in addition, the hydraulic device can assist the supporting of the cantilever beam, so that the comprehensive loading capacity of the cantilever beam can be improved; the extending distance and the comprehensive load of the cantilever beam can be improved based on the existing drilling machine resource, and as a result, the utilization efficiency of the drilling machine resource can be maximized.
