The system includes a primary treatment device and an exquisite washing treatment device; the primary treatment device includes a pulley bracket fixed to a ship body, the pulley bracket is provided with a pulley which is provided with a pull rod sliding on the pulley, and the head of the pull rod is connected to a net bag collecting benthos; the exquisite washing treatment device includes a support frame, a first sieve tray and a second sieve tray which are arranged on the support frame; the support frame is successively provided with the first sieve tray, the second sieve tray and a collecting tray from top to bottom, a water outlet pipe is positioned above the support frame, and the water outlet pipe is communicated with a water inlet pipe by a water pipe provided with a water pump drawing water. According to the invention, manpower can be replaced by machineries, and researchers can get away and take part in the other work programs, so that the efficiency can be improved, the labor amount of the researchers can be reduced, and the time is saved.
