A water inflow and outflow structure is arranged at the water inflow and outflow opening and comprises a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe and a seal shell, wherein the interior of the seal shell is communicated with the water chamber, the water outlet pipe is communicated with the interior of the seal shell, the water inlet pipe penetrates through the seal shell and extends into the water chamber, and the water outlet end of the water inlet pipe is away from the water inflow and outflow opening. The bag-type air-pressure tank used for the domestic drinking water pressurization equipment is connected with a water supply pipe in series, water inside the water supply pipe has to pass through the water chamber, water inside the water chamber can be effectively replaced whether the water pressure inside the water supply pipe fluctuates or not, dead water will not be formed inside the water chamber, microorganisms will not be generated inside the water chamber, and secondary pollution will not be generated.
