The invention discloses a water supply and drainage system for controlling a water level of a water tank. The water supply and drainage system comprises a water supply apparatus and a water drainage apparatus; the water supply apparatus comprises a valve body, the valve body is provided with a water supply water inlet which is connected with a tap water pipe, a water supply water outlet which is connected with a water storage container 30 and a floating-type connection-disconnection mechanism which is used for isolating a water channel of communicating the water supply water inlet and the water supply water outlet; the water drainage apparatus comprises a drain valve body, wherein the drain body is provided with a drainage water inlet, a drainage water outlet connected with a drainage channel, and a water blocking mechanism for isolating the drainage channel of the drainage water inlet and the drainage water outlet; an actuation mechanism which is used for closing the floating-type connection-disconnection mechanism when the water blocking mechanism is opened is arranged between the floating-type connection-disconnection mechanism and the water blocking mechanism. The actuation mechanism is arranged between the water supply apparatus and the water drainage apparatus, during the water drainage process, the water supply apparatus is closed, the water in the water storage container 30 is thoroughly discharged, the cleanliness of the water tank is maintained, and the bacteria breeding is reduced.
