The invention relates to an assembling thermal-insulation form board with a disassembling-free prefabricated mold form, and belongs to the field of building materials. The assembling thermal-insulation form board comprises a thermal-insulation board body; an outer side concrete protecting layer is arranged on the outer side of the thermal-insulation board body; the closed prefabricated form is arranged on the other side of the thermal-insulation board body; the thermal-insulation board body is connected with a concrete layer on one side of the prefabricated form through a steel wire net rack to form a whole body; the closed prefabricated form comprises an inner side concrete layer and a lateral concrete layer; trapezoidal circular truncated cones are uniformly distributed in the prefabricated form; steel wire flat nets are distributed in the prefabricated form; and assembling bayonets are respectively arranged at two ends of the outer side concrete layer and the inner side concrete layer of the prefabricated form. Joints of two assembling thermal-insulation form boards with disassembling-free prefabricated mold forms are connected with each other by a concrete plate with a concrete plate bayonet; concrete plate trapezoidal circular truncated cones are distributed on the inner side of the concrete plate; and a concrete plate steel wire flat net is arranged in the concrete plate.
