The invention provides a gob-side entry retaining assembled masonry structure separation wall. The assembled masonry-structure separation wall is assembled and formed by anchor bolts and building blocks through connection, joints among the building blocks of a wall body are sealed through sealing rubber strips and grouting, special supporting columns are arranged at the top and a visco-plastic material is sprayed on the top to achieve top sealing and pre-supporting force yielding, the assembly building blocks of the separation wall are polyhedrons, and the polyhedrons comprise anchor bolt connecting holes, sealing rubber strips and alignment holes. By means of the gob-side entry retaining assembly masonry structure separation wall, the problems of a large amount of dust pollution and the like caused when a large amount of construction materials are placed in an underground narrow space for formwork casting and concrete is pumped in construction are solved, and a mechanical construction technology is adopted to reduce construction cost and labor force and improve construction speed.
