The invention discloses an orthogonal connection method of a steel plate-concrete composite shear wall and a concrete shear wall. The method includes the steps of 1, prefabricating submodules of the steel plate-concrete composite shear wall, and mounting rebar connectors and anchor rebars; 2, transporting the submodules to a construction site, then assembling the submodules, and mounting lapping rebars; 3, binding rebars of the concrete shear wall, connecting load-bearing rebars of the concrete shear wall with the lapping rebars to erect a formwork for the concrete shear wall; and 4, pouring concrete into the steel plate-concrete composite shear wall, pouring concrete into the formwork of the concrete shear wall, and finishing construction. Anchor rebars are simple to mount, the collision problem of bent rebars is avoided, materials are saved, and certain economy is achieved. The lapping rebars cooperate with the rebar connectors and anchor rebars to transmit force between the steel plate-concrete composite shear wall and the concrete shear wall, thereby enabling the two walls to function simultaneously.
