Rectangular hexagon and rhombus longitudinal-crossing honeycomb mesh floor structure and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to a rectangular hexagon and rhombus longitudinal-crossing honeycomb mesh floor structure, comprising steel open-web girders. The structure is characterized in that the steel open-web girders cross to form a honeycomb planar steel mesh composed of a plurality of regular hexagon cells and a plurality of rhombus cells; every four regular hexagon cells enclose one rhombus cell; the honeycomb planar steel mesh is a rectangular planar mesh board having long sides Lx and short sides Ly, and a long diagonal of each hexagon cell is parallel to the long sides Lx; a regular hexagon prefabricated board and a rhombus prefabricated board are welded and rested on the planar steel mesh and are reinforced concrete prefabricated boards having ribbed triangular cells; a concrete layer is cast on the regular hexagon prefabricated board and the rhombus prefabricated board. The structure enables rich forms of various multi-storey large-span public building indoor meshes and forms a novel structure system which is 'safe, reasonable, advanced and economical'.
