The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials and discloses a heat insulation brick with a lightning-proof structure applicable to flat roofs. The heat insulation brick comprises a first metal tube and a second metal tube which are connected with each other in a penetration manner in the heat insulation brick, wherein a telescopic metal elastic block is arranged on the outer wall of the second metal tube; when the second metal tube is inserted into the first metal tube, the metal elastic block is in contact with the inner wall of the first metal tube. According to the heat insulation brick, the lightning-proof effect and the heat insulation effect are integrated together; two processes of paving the heat insulation bricks and mounting lightning-proof strips which are completed by different constructors and in different construction periods are integrated to be a single mounting process successively; the exposure of the lightning-proof strips is also avoided, so that the safety performance is improved.
