High-strength concrete block used as outer wall of grouted composite wall as well as grouted composite wall and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a high-strength concrete block used for an outer wall of a grouted composite wall. The high-strength concrete block is an integrated hollow block made of concrete material. The concrete block comprises a front plate and a rear plate, wherein the front plate and the rear plate are connected integrally with each other by virtue of at least two transverse rib plates which are vertically arranged in parallel and at least one core grouting cavity is formed; a rib hole is formed in the upper part of each transverse rib plate, so that cavities of adjacent blocks are communicated with each other when blocks are stacked for wall building, so that the core material from a grouting opening or a pressure injection hole can flow in the outer wall of the wall and fill the cavity in the outer wall of the wall. Tongued and grooved structures used for accurately butting adjacent blocks are arranged on the end faces of the edges of the front plate and the rear plate. The invention also discloses the grouted composite wall built by the concrete block and formed through grouting and a construction method thereof. The wall has high durability, heat insulation and preservation, water resistance, permeability resistance, sound insulation, fire resistance and energy-saving effect.
