The invention relates to a protecting cabin standing column, a bending die and a bending method thereof. The protecting cabin standing column is a structure formed by integrally bending a metal plate. The structure comprises a first section, a second section, a third section, a fourth section, a fifth section, a sixth section, a seventh section, an eighth section and a ninth section which are sequentially connected. The protecting cabin standing column has the advantages that the protecting cabin standing column formed by bending is tight and good in sealing performance, and prying and material deformation can be prevented due to the fact that a fillet surface closely attaches to the fifth section and the sixth section after forming; safety is increased, the first section is bent first during machining, the eighth section, the seventh section, the sixth section, the ninth section, the fourth section, the fifth section, the third section and the second section are then bent sequentially, interference among the sections is avoided during die machining, reasonability and necessity can be achieved, and high machining efficiency and low machining cost are achieved.
