The invention discloses a wall face marble pavement tool and a pavement method and discloses a wall face marble pavement tool which can be used for grinding out dovetail grooves in marble slabs, enables marbles not to fall easily and enables construction to be easy. The wall face marble pavement tool comprises a grinding head and a grinding handle, wherein the grinding head is a big-end-down cone, a grinding rod is arranged at the upper end of the cone, the grinding handle is arranged at the upper end of the grinding rod, an outer circle of the grinding handle is provided with a positioning inner sleeve, an outer circle of the positioning inner sleeve is provided with locking screws, bearings are arranged at the lower end of the positioning inner sleeve, an outer circle of the bearing is provided with positioning pins forming a splayed shape, and positioning rollers are longitudinally embedded at the bottoms of the positioning pins. After the grinding handle is installed on a power tool, the positioning pins are utilized to control the grinding head to enter a piece of marble for a certain depth and then grind out a dovetail groove through horizontal movement. When pavement is performed by using cement mortar, the cement mortar can be embedded into the dovetail groove, the marble cannot fall from the paved wall face, and construction is easy.
