Method for calculating specifications of flexible tower baseplate with eight anchor bolts for power transmission towers
The invention discloses a method for calculating specifications of flexible tower baseplate with eight anchor bolts for power transmission towers. The method includes: calculating downward pressure borne by the flexible tower baseplate and uplift force borne by each anchor bolt to obtain the diameter of each anchor bolt, calculating minimum width of the flexible tower baseplate, and calculating minimum thickness for pressure bearing and minimum thickness for post-tensioning. Data are fitted using finite element analysis by the aid of finite element analysis software. The concept of equivalent arm-of-form calculation is introduced, the impact of a cushion plate upon geometric arms of force is considered, the geometric arms of force are reduced, and bearing capacity of the tower baseplate is truly reflected. Ultimate bearing capacity of rigid tower baseplates of same specification calculated by the method is higher than a calculated number in technical specification and is less than an experimental value. The defects of technical specification are overcome, and calculation results are more reasonable and reliable.
