The invention discloses an external automatic positioning hook lock connecting device of a folding tent support. The external automatic positioning hook lock connecting device of the folding tent support comprises support tubes, sliding sleeves, clamping holes and hook lock mechanisms; each sliding sleeve can slidably sleeve the corresponding support tube; each hook lock mechanism comprises a hook lock support and a hook lock rod; each hook lock support is fixedly arranged on the corresponding support tube; each hook lock rod is fixedly connected with the corresponding hook lock support through a connecting point; a projection which can be fastened with the fastening hole of the corresponding sliding sleeve is arranged at the lower end of each hook lock rod; each hook lock mechanism also comprises a spring arranged between the corresponding hook lock support and the corresponding hook lock rod; and the upper end of each hook lock rod is squeezed to the direction far away from the corresponding support tube by the corresponding spring. The shortcoming that the traditional tent is provided with marbles, is difficult to use and easy to unfasten, and slips easily is overcome. The hook lock mechanisms are arranged on the outside of the folding tent support, and the folding tent support is easy to use, easy and convenient to maintain and high in stability.
