The invention provides a sealing safe French window, and relates to the field of French windows. The French window comprises a window and a window frame, wherein the window is mounted in the window frame; a slide shaft is arranged at the bottom of the window frame; the two ends of the slide shaft are respectively connected with two side walls of the bottom of the window frame; the bottom of the window is manufactured by waterproof rubber, and is provided with a through hole; the slide shaft is inserted in the through hole; the window slides in the window frame; a locking plate is arranged in center of one side of the window; a key hole and a lock body fitting with each other are arranged on the locking plate; the surface of the key hole is covered by a door handle; one side of one end, covering the key hole, of the door handle is connected with the locking plate through a hinge mechanism; a false key hole is formed below the locking plate; and a small stun gun is arranged at the bottom of the false key hole. The French window is simple in structure and convenient for use, can effectively awe thieves, can electrically shock the thieves to enable the thieves to cause no influence on life and property safety of the masses, is better in tightness, and effectively stops rainwater from entering houses in the typhoon weather.
