The invention discloses a reinforced steel pipe civil air defense door. The door comprises an external steel plate, an organic coating applied on the external surface of the steel plate and a concrete door blank wrapped in the steel plate, wherein the concrete door blank comprises concrete and reinforced rectangular steel pipes in the concrete. The interior of the concrete is filled with the rectangular steel pipes, so that the strength of the concrete door blank can be improved, and the weight of the door can be reduced while the heat preservation performance and the noise insulation performance of the door can be improved. Moreover, the steel pipes are made of iron-based materials, so that the requirement of the bearing strength can be effectively ensured, and the steel pipes in contact with the concrete are good in corrosion resistance.
