The invention discloses a door bottom seam sealing device and application thereof in a fireproof door and a small refuge room. The door bottom seam sealing device comprises a U-shaped guide sleeve, a foam glass block, fixing pieces and an opening and closing latch; a U-shaped opening end of the U-shaped guide sleeve faces downwards and is fixed at the bottom of a door body; elongated chutes are respectively formed in two ends of each of two side surfaces of the U-shaped guide sleeve; the foam glass block is inlaid in the opening end of the U-shaped guide sleeve; latch holes are formed in two ends of the foam glass block; and the fixing pieces are positioned above the elongated chutes of the U-shaped guide sleeve. The door bottom seam sealing device is simple in structure and wide in application range; requirements of fireproofing and breathability of doors are met; and requirements of residential building are also met.
