Motor-invertedly-arranged planet cycloid pile machine speed reducer with four annular plates
The invention relates to the technical field of speed reduction of pile machines and provides a motor-invertedly-arranged planet cycloid pile machine speed reducer with four annular plates which comprises a box body, two motors and a transmission part arranged in the box body; the two motors are invertedly connected with the lower part of the box body; shaft extension ends of the two motors are connected with NGW reducers; the transmission part comprises eccentric bearings, annular plates, gear pins, gear pin housings and cycloidal gears; eight eccentric bearings are respectively arranged on output shaft extension parts of the two NGW reducers; each eccentric bearing comprises a rolling bearing and an eccentric sleeve; in the eccentric bearings, the phase difference between the first eccentric bearing and the second eccentric bearing as well as the phase difference between the third eccentric bearing and the fourth eccentric bearing are 180 degrees and the phase positions of the second eccentric bearing and the third eccentric bearing are the same; the gear pin housings are arranged in the centers of the annular plates; the gear pins are arranged on the gear pin housings; the cycloidal gears are connected with the neck part of a main cylinder; the main cylinder is supported in the center round inner hole of the box body by virtue of the first and second bearings; and the main cylinder is connected with a drill rod flange. The speed reducer has the beneficial effects as follows: maintenance is convenient; overturn accident probability is reduced; an original sixth-pole motor is replaced with a fourth-pole motor; the cost and weight are reduced, and the service lives of the eccentric bearings are prolonged; and the annular plates do not generate vibration.
