The invention relates to a double-loop overhead transmission line overhead single-loop phase modulation wiring rod and a wiring structure. The lengths of a second-layer wire hanging cross bar and a fourth-layer wire hanging cross bar of the wiring rod are the same, and are not less than two-times of electric leakage distances, and are larger that the length of the third-layer wire hanging rod for no less than one time of electric leakage distance. The length of the third-layer wire hanging rod is not less than one time of electric leakage distance. A conductive wire is vertically arranged between the end portions of the second-layer wire hanging cross bar and the fourth-layer wire hanging cross bar. The conductive wire is connected to a lead-out conductive wire of the second-layer wire hanging cross bar and a lead-out conductive wire of the fourth-layer wire hanging cross bar. A lead-in conductive wire of an upper layer wire hanging cross bar and a lead-out wire of a lower-layer wire hanging cross bar are connected through jumper wire arranged to be inclined from the upper to the lower direction to realize phase sequence adjusting of the three lead-in conductive wires. The wiring rod of the present invention is simple in structure, and realizes phase sequence adjusting of three phase conductive wires on a base wiring rod, so that problems of high difficulty, high cost and high later maintenance cost of adjusting of single-loop circuit phase sequence n double loop are solved.
