The invention discloses a dust removing and convection cooling system of a plant. The dust removing and convection cooling system comprises a dust removing system and a cooling system. The dust removing and convection cooling system is characterized in that the dust removing system comprises movable hollow ventilation pipes stretching across the top of the plant, air suction devices are arranged on the sides of the movable ventilation pipes, vertical dust suction pipes for dust suction are arranged at the bottoms of the movable ventilation pipes, and a dust collection box used for collecting dust is connected to the sides of the ventilation pipes; and a filtering device is arranged at the bottom of the dust collecting box and connected with an exhaust pipe, the cooling system is arranged on the top of the plant, and a convection air inlet device is arranged at the bottom of an outer wall of the plant.
