Tent fabric with fireproof and flame retardant functions
The invention relates to tent fabric with fireproof and flame retardant functions. The tent fabric comprises a base cloth layer and a surface material layer arranged on the base cloth layer, wherein a coating layer is arranged between the base cloth layer and the surface material layer; the coating layer comprises a moisture absorption breathable fabric layer, a fireproof flame retardant layer, a windproof layer, a waterproof layer and an antifouling layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; the base cloth layer is interweaved from warp-wise fabric and weft-wise fabric; the warp-wise fabric is a composite fiber formed by 30-45 parts of linen fiber and 5-25 parts of cotton fiber; the weft-wise fabric is a composite fiber formed by 23-28 parts of a fire retardant PE material and 22-27 parts of polyamide fabric; the surface material layer is PU coating oxford fabric. According to the tent fabric with fireproof and flame retardant functions, fire resistance of the tent fabric is strengthened, the influence of naked fire to the tent fabric is reduced, the tent fabric can be effectively prevented from being burnt, the tent can be normally used in cloudy and rainy weather, and the service life of the tent fabric is prolonged.
