A photovoltaic underground cooling warehouse comprises an underground or semi-underground warehouse body, a photovoltaic power generating device and a cooling heat exchange part. The warehouse body comprises a cylindrical warehouse body, a cylindrical warehouse bottom, a cylindrical warehouse shoulder and a turning cover. The photovoltaic underground cooling warehouse is characterized in that the interior or the surface of a wall of the warehouse body or the interior of the warehouse body or the periphery of the position five meters away from the warehouse body is provided with a heat exchange interface, and the heat exchange interface is provided with and connected with the cooling heat exchange part; the cooling heat exchange part comprises a heat pipe heat exchange device and a pipeline heat exchange device, and comprises or does not comprise a heat pump unit with the direct cooling purpose and a draught fan; and the photovoltaic power generating device covers more than 80% of the area of the underground cooling warehouse in the daytime. The photovoltaic underground cooling warehouse which does not depend on a power grid can be constructed in an inland area.
