Method of producing sulfuric acid from phosphogypsum with integration of powder grinding with co-production of cement raw material
The invention relates to the technical fields of industrial production of sulfuric acid and cement, industrial solid waste comprehensive utilization and environment protection and treatment, and particularly relates to a method of producing sulfuric acid from phosphogypsum with integration of powder grinding with co-production of a cement raw material. The method includes the steps of mixing and blending of raw materials, on-line drying, cyclic crushing and open-circuit powder grinding. The ground phosphogypsum is used for preparing the cement raw material with clay, sand rock, coke and such auxiliary materials, thereby solving the problems that single-stage drying ground phosphogypsum is poor in activity, is low in drying efficiency, is poor in homogenization and is high in powder grinding energy consumption. The method not only enables the cement raw material to be homogeneous in components but also reduces harmful impurity content in the phosphogypsum, improves grain composition and particle appearance of the phosphogypsum, stimulates reaction activity of the phosphogypsum, reduces decomposition temperature and increases decomposition efficiency, accelerates escape of SO2 and further improve quality and yield of cement clinker.
