The invention discloses a laminar flow propeller and a filtering and laminar flow propelling method for a swimming pool. The laminar flow propeller comprises a shell, a water tank, a filtering system connected with the water tank and a swimming training system connected with the water tank, wherein the water tank, the filtering system and the swimming training system are arranged in the shell; the filtering system comprises a circulating pump, a sand cylinder for filtering and disinfection equipment for sterilizing and disinfecting; a filtering water suction opening of the water tank is connected with a water inlet of a circulating pump; a water outlet of the circulating pump is connected with a water inlet of the sand cylinder; a water outlet of the sand cylinder is connected with the swimming pool; the disinfection equipment is arranged at the water outlet of the sand cylinder and is used for sterilizing and disinfecting water filtered by the sand cylinder.
