Activator of blast furnace pelletized waste residues and application of activator
The invention relates to activator of blast furnace pelletized waste residues. The activator is alkaline activator and prepared from, by mass, 3-7 parts of inorganic powder materials and 1-3 parts of organic powder materials. The inorganic powder materials comprise one or more of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, calcium oxide and alum stone powder, and the organic powder materials are a mixture of sodium aluminate, sodium metaaluminate, sodium silicate and dodecane stem benzene sulfonic sodium. The activator is grey white powder in appearance, and the fineness is smaller than or equal to 0.315 mm. Meanwhile, the invention provides the application of the activator, the activator is mixed into blast furnace pelletized slag powder with the surface area larger than or equal to 420 m<2>/kg or coal ash, and the slag powder or the coal ash mixed with the activator can replace 50%-70% of clinker in cement production; the slag powder or the coal ash mixed with the activator can replace 30%-50% of cement in concrete production. The activator is low in cost, low in energy consumption in waste slag recycling and production processes and low in environmental pollution.
