The invention discloses an impact-resistant concrete pile and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises the steps: (1) calcining and screening construction waste so as to prepare construction waste residue powder; (2) soaking the construction waste residue powder with a nitric acid solution, and mixing the soaked construction waste residue powder with calcium stearate and plant ash so as to prepare activated residue powder; and (3) mixing cement, sand, paint residue, zeolite powder, attapulgite, the activated residue powder and water, molding the mixture, and then, carrying out curing, thereby preparing the impact-resistant concrete pile. The impact-resistant concrete pile prepared by the method has excellent mechanical strength.
