The invention relates to a construction putty powder. The construction putty powder comprises, by weight, 5-7 parts of cement, 4-8 parts of an inorganic salt, 5-8 parts of fly ash, 4-8 parts of slag, 3-7 parts of silica fume, 6-9 parts of cellulose ether, 3-7 parts of a trace binder and 1-3 parts of a dispersant. The construction putty powder has enough adsorption strength, difficulty falls out of walls, and generates no substances harmful to human indoors.
