The invention provides a mosquito and insect repelling concrete, which comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 253 to 274 parts of cement, 180 to 195 parts of insectproof mixed plant extract, 147 to 166 parts of river sand, 1025 to 1270 parts of stone, and 3.2 to 3.5 parts of additive. The insectproof plant extract, which can repel mosquitoes and insects, is dispersed into water to form a turbid liquid, so the concrete can effectively repel mosquitoes and insects, moreover, the concrete has a lasting fragrance, which is pleasant, and is nontoxic and harmless, and at the same time, the construction strength of the concrete is good.
