A high-performance outer-wall external thermal insulation material is prepared from, by weight, 30-40 parts of portland fly-ash cement, 50-60 parts of fire retardant coatings, 10-15 parts of latex powder, 5-10 parts of hollow fibers, 5-10 parts of putty powder, 3-5 parts of anti-cracking agents and 20-30 parts of rubber powder. The outer-wall external thermal insulation mixed mortar is convenient to construct, good in crack resistance, free of cracks for plaster, free of hollowing and disengaging and good in rubber powder performance.
