Non-cement ceramic tile adhesive
The invention relates to a non-cement ceramic tile adhesive, which aims at solving the technical problem of how to guarantee the performance of the ceramic tile adhesive after pulverized coal completely substitutes cement. By adopting the technical scheme, the non-cement ceramic tile adhesive consists of non-cement mortar master batch and additives; the non-cement ceramic tile mortar master batch is prepared from the following components by weight percent: 10 to 40 percent of superfine pulverized coal, 50 to 87 percent of sand, 2 to 10 percent of lime and 0 to 3 percent of gypsum; the particle size of the superfine pulverized coal is 5 to 10 micrometers; the additives include re-dispersible latex powder, cellulose ether, a water reducing agent, a water repellant and an early strength agent. The non-cement ceramic tile adhesive is excellent in performance, can be well attached to the surfaces of a lot of basal materials which are difficult to adhere and still has good bonding strength under the condition of soaking in water, high temperature or freeze thawing action; moreover, a great amount of pulverized coal is used while the cement is not used, so that contribution is made to the energy conservation and emission reduction of the country.
