The invention provides a low-cost high-aluminum fireproof brick, which is formed by powder materials and bonding agents, wherein the powder materials are prepared from 43 to 53 parts of fused brown corundum particles, 20 to 30 parts of fused brown corundum fine powder, 8 to 12 parts of aluminum oxide micro powder, 12 to 20 parts of high-aluminum fireproof clinker powder materials, 2 to 3 parts of guangxi white clay, and the bonding agents account for 5 to 8 percent of the total weight of the powder materials and are a phosphoric acid solution with the concentration being 85 percent; the high-aluminum fireproof clinker powder materials are crushed and sintered low-cost high-aluminum fireproof bricks; the granularity of particles is between 3-1mm and 1-0mm; the weight ratio of the particles with the granularity being 3-1mm to the particles with the granularity being 1-0mm is 1 to (1.5 to 3).
