The invention relates to the technical field of raw material treatment of ceramic friction materials, and particularly relates to a method for mixing raw materials of a ceramic friction material. According to the method, raw materials are mixed respectively according to different analogies after the proportion of the raw materials of the ceramic friction material is limited, and the raw materials can perform a relatively accurate biochemical reaction when being mixed by controlling the stirring speed and the treatment temperature in the treatment process, so that the performance of mixed materials can be improved, and the quality of the prepared ceramic friction material can be improved; the mixing and dispersing degree of each raw material is optimized by combining the high-speed stirring treatment in the treatment step of mixing cashew-nut oil friction powder, potassium titanate whiskers, alumina, copper fibers and straws, and the materials react under different temperature environments and dispersing degrees by adopting ultrasonic and microwave crossed treatment, so that the quality of the ceramic friction material is improved.
