Foaming wallpaper production process
The present invention relates to a foaming wallpaper production process, comprising the following steps: a substrate and a plastic thin layer are rolled and composited through rolling equipment; supercritical saturation is performed; pressure is released for separation; a plastic thin sheet is treated by foaming; the plastic thin sheet is examined and trimmed, and treated by elimination of static electricity; the plastic thin sheet is printed; the substrate surface is pasted with the plastic thin sheet; embossing is performed; and cutting and packaging are is performed. Advantages are that: the range of materials for foam wallpaper is expanded, the materials are not confined to PVC materials in the prior art, more choices are provided for the materials for the foam wallpaper, the disadvantages of difficult foaming quality control and environmental pollution and chemical foaming method can be overcome by a physical foaming method, the substrate and the foaming thin layer are closely attached, and the quality of the foam wallpaper can be improved.
