The galling treatment method includes: 1. determination of the galling treatment time: determining the galling treatment time of the to-be-galled area; and 2. transverse galling treatment, which consists the process of: 201. putting the transverse galling machine in place; and 202. carrying out transverse galling treatment. The transverse galling machine and the galling treatment method provided by the invention have the advantages of reasonable design, convenient realization and good use effect, can simple and rapidly complete the transverse galling treatment process of the to-be-galled area, and have good galling treatment effect.
