The invention discloses a single-well single-control pumping and injection integrated system and a control method thereof. The single-well single-control pumping and injection integrated system comprises at least one precipitation well, wherein water in the precipitation well is pumped to a water collecting tank, the water collecting tank is connected with a pressure regulation system through a pipe, and the pressure regulation system is connected with a return pump water collecting header pipe through a pressure pipe. At least one recharge well is connected to the return pump water collecting header pipe, and a pressure reduction system is arranged on the pipe between each recharge well and the pressure pipe. The single-well single-control pumping and injection integrated system integrates precipitation and recharge, can individually control the recharge pressure of each recharge well, can further play the maximum recharge capacity of each recharge well, avoids the 'negative effect' brought by the 'cask effect', effectively decreases the number of the recharge wells under the condition of the same recharge amount, reduces the cost and saves working space.
