Cast-in-situ bored pile reinforcing cage and rapid pile forming method with cast-in-situ bored pile reinforcing cage
The invention discloses a cast-in-situ bored pile reinforcing cage. The cast-in-situ bored pile reinforcing cage comprises at least three long vertical steel bars and transverse steel bars connected with the long vertical steel bars. The long vertical steel bars are evenly distributed in pile holes. A plurality of guiding wheels are arranged on the outer sides of the long vertical steel bars. When the reinforcing cage enters the pile holes, the guiding wheels are attached to the side walls of the pile holes. The invention further provides a rapid pile forming method with the cast-in-situ bored pile reinforcing cage. The method comprises the steps that A, the pile holes are drilled out; B, cement mortar or concrete or cement paste is poured; C, the cast-in-situ bored pile reinforcing cage is sunk in the pile holes, and during sinking, the guiding wheels on the cast-in-situ bored pile reinforcing cage laterally support the reinforcing cage. The reinforcing cage cannot deviate from the vertical position, it can be guaranteed that the reinforcing cage is located in the centers of the pile holes, and therefore the pile forming quality is improved, and construction is accelerated.
