The invention relates to an efficient pile driver tower and a pile driving method. The efficient pile driver tower comprises two front-and-back moving guide rails. A front-and-back moving beam is arranged on the front-and-back moving guide rails. The distance between the front-and-back moving guide rails and the front-and-back moving beam in the vertical direction is kept consistent all the time. The front-and-back moving beam is provided with a left-and-right moving beam, and the distance between the left-and-right moving beam and the front-and-back moving beam in the vertical direction is kept consistent all the time. Two or more vertical tower frames are arranged on the left-and-right moving beam in a linear manner. The linear arrangement direction of the vertical tower frames is consistent with or perpendicular to the moving direction of the front-and-back moving beam. Left-and-right moving beam supporting jacks capable of enabling the left-and-right moving beam to stably rise and fall vertically are arranged below the left-and-right moving beam. The weight of the tower is greatly reduced, and the equipment manufacturing and transporting cost is also greatly reduced. A plurality of piles can be driven each moving, and efficiency is very high.
