The invention discloses a basement terrace structure preventing water seepage, relates to the field of basement terrace building, and provides a basement terrace structure capable of protecting a basement terrace against water seepage. The structure comprises a water collecting and draining facility, a terrace with a reinforced concrete structure layer and a concrete face layer and a plurality of water seepage preventing structures. The water seepage preventing structures extend to the water collecting and draining facility from the interior of the terrace. The water seepage preventing structures comprise water filtering grooves, water drainage pipes, melon, rice and stone water filtering layers and felt water isolation layers. The water filtering grooves are located in the reinforced concrete structure layers. The water draining pipes are located in the water filtering grooves and provided with water filtering holes. The water draining pipes are covered with the melon, rice and stone water filtering layers, and the water filtering grooves are filled with the melon, rice and stone water filtering layers. The melon, rice and stone water filtering layers are covered with the felt water isolation layers. The felt water isolation layers are covered with the concrete face layers. Before underground water seeps out of the terrace, the water is gathered and drained to the water draining facility through the water seepage preventing structures, and therefore water seepage of the basement terrace can be avoided.

The melon, rice and stone water filtering layers are covered with the felt water isolation layers. The felt water isolation layers are covered with the concrete face layers. Before underground water seeps out of the terrace, the water is gathered and drained to the water draining facility through the water seepage preventing structures, and therefore water seepage of the basement terrace can be avoided.
