The invention discloses an improved inspection well cover. By the design of connection of the plate lifting groove and the through groove, the improved inspection well cover disclosed by the invention has dual functions of conveniently lifting a flat plate and rapidly leaking water; the opening of the water leaking hole in the middle is small but wide inside, so that enough water amount is guaranteed but no blocking is caused; the improved inspection well cover is durable in use and free of maintenance, reduced in overall weight and high in performance cost ratio.
