The invention belongs to the technical field of excavators and relates to an adjustable horizontal excavator cab. The adjustable horizontal excavator cab comprises a travelling device, a rotating disk, a cab body, a working mechanism and a hydraulic pump station. The upper end of the rotating disk is connected with the cab body through a first hinge. The tail end of a hydraulic lever and the cab body are connected through a third hinge. The tail end of a hydraulic barrel and the upper end of the rotating disk are connected through a second hinge. A manual three-position four-way hydraulic valve comprises a work port A and a rodless cavity communicated with a hydraulic cylinder. A work port B is communicated with a rod cavity of the hydraulic cylinder. A pressure port P is communicated with a pressure pipeline from the hydraulic pump station. A drainage port T is communicated with an oil tank. By adjusting the adjustable horizontal excavator cab, a seat of a driver can keep a horizontal state all the time, the driver will not feel uncomfortable or dizzy, the driver can give full play to the driving skill, and production accidents are avoided.
