The invention discloses a full-automatic tiling device and a tiling method thereof. The full-automatic tiling device comprises a device body, a rotating arm, a mechanical claw, a spreading mechanism, a conveying mechanism and a vibrating mechanism, wherein the rotating arm is arranged on the device body, the mechanical claw is connected with the rotating arm, and the spreading mechanism, the conveying mechanism and the vibrating mechanism are sequentially connected. The spreading mechanism and the conveying mechanism are arranged below the rotating arm. A telescoping mechanism is arranged between the conveying mechanism and the vibrating mechanism. A rubber hammer is arranged on the lower portion of the vibrating mechanism. A traveling mechanism, a rotating disk and a sweeper which is connected with the rotating disk are arranged at the bottom of the device body. Compared with the prior art, the tiling device can replace manual work completely, a large amount of labor force is saved, full-automatic mechanization tiling operation is achieved, working efficiency is greatly improved, and labor intensity is relieved; moreover, tiling quality is good, and laid tiles are neat, flat and attractive; the device and method are particularly suitable for large-area ground or wall tiling, the flatness is good, the structure is simple and operation is easy and convenient.
