The invention provides a multifunctional decoration platform. The multifunctional decoration platform comprises a scaffold formed by lap joint of a plurality of pipe fittings, a crane arranged on the scaffold, a working platform arranged at the top of the scaffold and formed by splicing of a plurality of panels, and traveling wheel sets and a base plate support device, which are arranged at the bottom of the scaffold, wherein a support-pipe support frame which can be adjusted in the height direction is arranged above the working platform; at least two parallel lifting rope guiding rollers are arranged on the side, facing to construction, of the support-pipe support frame; a horizontal bracket capable of extending outwards to the construction side is arranged on the support-pipe support frame and located at the two ends of the lifting rope guiding rollers; a turnover bracket is arranged below the two ends of the lifting rope guiding rollers, and the turnover brackets are rotationally connected to the support-pipe support frame. The multifunctional decoration platform has the advantages of being safe and reliable, economical and practical, and capable of effectively improving the hoisting efficiency.
