Glue gun head and gluing method thereof
The invention discloses a glue gun head and a gluing method thereof. The glue gun head comprises a corner gun head body (2), a glue scraping piece (1) and a limiting block (3). The corner gun head body (2) is provided with a glue feeding end (21) and a gun nozzle (22). The gun nozzle (22) is bent inwards to form an included angle alpha relative to the glue feeding end (21). The glue feeding end (21) extends forward to form an extension end (23). The upper end of the glue scraping piece (1) is installed at the extension end (23). The limiting block (3) is installed below the corner gun head body (2). With the glue gun head, a constructor can carry out gluing by standing at the side face, space is automatically adjusted in the gluing process, and then the effect of carrying out gluing in the narrow space is achieved; after the glue scraping piece and the corner gun head body are combined into one, glue seams can be well formed after gluing is finished, and manual treatment is not needed any more; by means of the limiting block, the constructor can control the gluing depth well in the gluing process, the situation that due to glue missing or less gluing amount, glue supplementing work needs to be carried out can be avoided, and the requirement for the quality of the gluing work is met.
