The invention discloses a sleep cabin. The sleep cabin is composed of a mattress and a sound insulation cover. The sound insulation cover is installed along the periphery of the mattress in order to form enclosed sleep cabin space. One side of the sound insulation cover is provided with a sound insulation curtain. The sound insulation curtain is pushed and pulled so that the sleep cabin can be opened up or closed down, thereby bringing convenience for people to go in and out. The sound insulation cover comprises an inner layer and outer layer, both of which are used for enhancing sound insulation and light shading effects. The sleep cabin has following beneficial effects: the sleep cabin has effects of insulating sound and absorbing sound; and people can take rests, sleep, enjoy videos and listen to audios in the sleep cabin so that effects of keeping quiet and preventing disturbance are fulfilled.
