Recess intense living building with several flats in one storey sharing one staircase
A recess intense living building with several flats in one storey sharing one staircase improves economical efficiency and quality of small and medium-size flats through recesses. A building of two flats in one storey sharing one staircase for small and medium-size flats is not economical. A building of three or more flats in one storey sharing one staircase does not increase the economical performance naturally and may cause poor ventilation performance of the intermediate flats and inconsistent quality of flats of a same building. Building recesses deep down to public hallways are arranged on the back raised surface of the building having public inner hallways and allowing several flats in one storey to share one staircase. In this way, the inner hallways receive daylight and ventilate directly through the recesses, the intermediate flats can receive daylight and ventilate directly through windows on partition walls between the flats and the hallways. Vertical transportation means such as terraces, elevator halls, and fire-fighting front room can receive daylight directly from public hallways, the sections of the hallways become complex spaces for vertical public transportation. The length of hallways with monotonous function is shortened, and the economical performance of the building is improved.
