The invention relates to a water temperature control device used for controlling temperature of water in a swimming pool. The water temperature control device comprises a heating pipe, a refrigeration pipe, a water pump and a control circuit. The control circuit is electrically connected with the heating pipe, the refrigeration pipe and the water pump and used for controlling switches and output power of the heating pipe, the refrigeration pipe and the water pump. The water temperature control device is suitably immersed into water in the swimming pool and detachably connected with the swimming pool. The water temperature control device has following beneficial effects: by immersing the water temperature control device into water, detachable connection between the water temperature control device and the swimming pool is formed so that heating or refrigeration can be conveniently performed for use; and when not in use, the water temperature control device can be detached from the swimming pool so that the water temperature control device is conveniently carried and stored.
