The invention relates to a light and handy mechanical garage vehicle carrying plate. The distance between two beam components with the section similar to an H shape ranges from 2.4 m to 3 m, and a plurality of middle longitudinal girders (8) are arranged between the two beam components in a welded mode. One end of each front longitudinal girder (2) is welded to the outer side of one beam component, and the other end is bent to a certain degree and cut. One end of each rear longitudinal girder (13) is welded to the outer side of the other beam component, and the other end is welded to a crosspiece (18). The middles of edge girders (16) are welded to the two ends of the beam components and connection pieces (10), the front ends are bent and welded to the front longitudinal girders (2) on the outmost side, the rear ends are welded to the crosspiece (18), the lower portions of the middle longitudinal girders (8) are provided with a plurality of adjustable supporting points, and a front panel (1), middle panels (9) and a rear panel (21) are all made of thin steel sheets and welded to all the longitudinal girders.
